Although it wasn't what I expected, the host is awesome and did everything to make it a great experience. Rooms were much smaller than I thought, particularly the bathroom sink. Location is next to a subway stop and walking distance from a huge mall. Overall for one night in London it definitely did it's job and can't beat the price.

This hotel was perfect for what we wanted. We were attending a gig at Bush Hall, which was just a 5 minute walk down the road. The hotel was located right next to the tube station, which was really handy! You could not hear the trains whilst in the room though, which was good! The room was quite small compared to places I've stayed before, but that was no problem at all. The bed was comfy and the shower was incredible. We were only given one towel and there were two of us, we went to reception and within 10 minutes they had brought us another up. Could not fault the service, the guys at reception were super friendly and helpful. If I was in this area again, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Staying at this fantastic London hotel was a pleasure. The receptionists were so kind and helpful with everything. The location is pure gold, practically hugging the underground station, and the proximity to pubs was both a blessing and a hilarious adventure. In my room there was no window although a working good and silent air condition together with comfy bed made the deal.

Economical room right next to Shepherds Bush Station. Of note, you have to push through an unlocked, metal gate to enter the grounds. The room has a comfy bed, but there were some scratch marks on the headboard. The shower was brilliant, but the drainage was slightly occluded. However, these minor issues can be fixed easily. Each room has a TV and at least two USB charging points. The blinds are always down since I guess the view is not great? Otherwise, the Reception and Domestic staff were helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a surprise trip for our 9-year-old daughter. Our daughter went on a scavenger hunt where she had to solve a series of puzzles, and we asked the hotel staff to provide her with the final puzzle when we checked in. They were very accommodating of our request! The hotel, like most in London, is on the small side, but the room makes uses of the small space very well, so we were very comfortable. The hotel is literally right next door to the Shepherds Bush underground station, making travel very convenient. There are lot of restaurants within walking distance. The only minor critique is that the shower is a bit fiddly to use and not very warm. If we find ourselves in the same part of London, we would happily stay at Hotel Shepherds Bush again!
