        This is classified as a three-star hotel and by Nepali standards it may be closer to a 3.5 star hotel. Staff is friendly and speaks some English. Cash and credit card accepted as well as perhaps local e-wallet options. Rooms are simple, spacious, and comfortable. In room AC unit (didn't need it in mid-November, may function as a heater as well). There is also a ceiling fan. Bed was firm but comfortable. Bathroom is "wet", meaning the shower - while aimed into a bathtub - has no shower curtain and most of the bathroom gets wet when you take a shower. They provide flip-flops so you can keep using the bathroom even if it's wet. My room did not have blackout curtains. Ambient noise level from the street is minimal. No tea or coffee service in room but can be ordered from the restaurant. Television offers some sort of special service I had no idea how to use and offered no local stations or cable options. Wi-fi was extremely spotty and repeatedly cut in and out. Not suitable for serious business/video conferencing needs. Restaurant downstairs offers mostly local but also a few Western menu options. Fried chicken is tasty, and the French toast and fried eggs are acceptable. There is also a bar with a limited selection of local spirits (Old Durbar, Khukir) and a few imports (Jameson's). Staff is friendly and is happy to store your luggage if you want to see a bit of the city after checking out. Prices are *extremely* reasonable, which makes the spotty wi-fi more understandable if not convenient.

        If you are a woman and staying single this place is not safe for you there where some guests from India and Bangladesh they where very disrespectful to me and they knocked my door and try to open it I didn't sleep at all in fear hotel not safe for women even though I complained the staffs they were not that helpful worst experience

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
