We spent our first three nights in Tokyo at this hotel, the stay was so amazing that we returned to the hotel. Huge, clean, quiet rooms. Comfortable mattresses. Equipped bathroom- toothbrushes, combs, hairdryer, washing machine... Bus stop and i metro 4 minutes walk. The hotel is located in a beautiful area of smaller streets full of restaurants.

We stayed for over 1 week and cannot recommend this place enough. I've been coming to Japan for years now and Art Hotels is top of the top, amazing value for money AND the rooms are huge for Japanese standard. There is everything you need for longer stays. I do not understand how they don't have higher ratings. Next time we come to Tokyo, we are definitely staying with them again.

For the price this place definitely exceeded my expectations! For amenities you have a clothes washer, place to hang clothes to try and another to store, microwave, stove top, sink, kettle, a place to store your luggage, a desk area to work at, shelving, etc. it’s basically ready to be an apartment. For the room, it’s an urban modern design, mostly plywood and concrete, but it honestly goes well. I found it comfy compared to other places I’ve stayed. Each room has a mural painting across the walls which is themed from an artists work that can be found on the walls of the cafe on the first floor. Rooms use an easy digital based key on your phone. Check in was mostly easy. Help was readily available on the first floor. If I wanted to stay back in this area for more than 3 days, I definitely would stay here again.

I didn’t stay in the hotel but visit the cafe every morning and the food here is excellent, coffee is top rated.

The cafe is really nice. Stylish design, free WIFI. Salty bread is super good. Indeed salty and buttery. Cinnamon roll with cream cheese was also very tasty. Food coffee. Good service. I already want to come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
