It's a dated hotel. Food was fantastic and so was the service. The cocktails were excellent. The location is great with views of Sigiriya. We could see the hotel pool from the top of the rock. Plenty of wild life on hotel grounds. Beware of monkeys running amok. The price was reasonable. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in Sri Lanka. I had a wonderful experience at Sigiriya Hotel. This place is amazing, wow. The staff at this property is great! The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff were amazing. Thank you very much for your good service. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the time spent at the hotel. Excellent service and the attentiveness by all the staff. We stayed for two nights and will definitely come back again. Super location, Beautifully surroundings and well managed hotel.

Hotel Sigiriya, situated around 1.5 km from the majestic Sigiriya Lion's Rock, offers a beautiful setting. However, it's important to note that the surroundings teem with small animals, lizards, and mosquitoes, so it's advisable to be cautious around them. Unfortunately, the food at the hotel leaves much to be desired. Despite having a variety of breakfast options, the taste falls short of expectations. On a brighter note, the staff is decent, although not exceptional. One of the hotel's highlights is the swimming pool, providing the best view of the Lion's Rock. The rooms are decent, offering a comfortable stay amidst this historical setting.

Lovely place to spend a holiday. Amazing view to Sigiriya rock and love the beauty of nature around the whole place. Friendly team with great hospitality. Stunningly beautiful place. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
