+ Friendly Staff + Great location - very noisy - poor quality rooms - no extractor in bathroom. - suspect cleanliness e.g. we saw silverfish. Asked for iron and ironing board. Was provided with what looked like a child's toy board, broken, and an iron with loose wires and rust. Very shoddy and cheap. They charge high enough prices so shouldn't provide junk like this.

Rooms smelly. Bed uncomfortable for two Edit: Thanks for answering. What I would expect from a hotel of this standing, is to have clean rooms and adapted rooms for customers when they arrive. Not customers having to complain on arrival. Your kind advice would be best suited towards your organisation For your information, we did give the feedback to the receptionists but they were, unfortunately, helpless. Hope it helps.

Staff is very accomodating and could speak English well. They stored our luggages a few days ahead of our check in because we had to visit several cities before going back to Barcelona. The location is perfect. Near Ramblas st. Other locations are walkable and directions would is easy from this hotel.

Spot on for location and fabulous to have a great pool after a hot day walking. The rooms were very quickly serviced each day - thank you. Our only problem was poor WiFi- we couldn't get it in our room unless we sat by our door on the ground. Very inconvenient at times. We did tell staff but saw no change. Definitely order a taxi 60" before requiring. Uber not reliable and the city was ultra busy mid August.

Stayed in Barcelona for 4 nights. This hotel had a great location and amenities. My wife and I loved escaping the heat at the pool, but found the service there a little average. Didn’t have breakfast, but found that the hotel bar was also quite expensive. Overall, as accomodations go, for the location and amenities we had a great stay and would be back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
