This is not a hotel , it’s equivalent to a motel. I professional staff. AC wasn’t working , had to call 3 times and they were controlling it from front desk. All night AC was making loud rumbling noise and we couldn’t sleep. They wouldn’t allow us to check out or even discount the inconvenience. Also the location is almost one hour from the city which on Travelocity this was not made apparent. We paid $100 per day for taxi to and from city .

Absolutely not worth the price. PROS: A nice location, along with nice decorations both in the rooms and the hotel. CONS: The bathrooms in this hotel have NO DOORS(except for the toilet room) which wouldnt be a problem if they weren't also infested by ants, flies and mosquitoes. The balcony(which you specifically pay for too) wasnt probably cleaned for a week and full of dirt. Some of the staff are fluent in English, but not all of them; some of them are unkind, or incompetend too, forgeting basic things while obviously not having too much on their table.

The hotel is a bit of a glorified "love hotel" there are doors accessible from the lobby but mostly use the door that is right next to the car parking. Found it odd the hotel charges 10 euro for parking even though it's right at the room door. It is a money grab that is unnessarry. Add the cost to the room as there is not much other access to the hotel without a car. Unless you taxi there instead for some reason. ;) The breakfast was good! Would like to have that again. Easy departure had to pay the parking and hotel tax on the way out.

Rooms: Large, spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast: Great, enough dishes with coffee, juice etc. Restaurant: Good Taste, English Speaking staff was really a plus. Downside: Lights in common Gallery was too sensitive to automatically turn off and On. Location: Far from city center, no public transport, need to take Cab for any travel.

One of my favorite hotels! They never disappointed me and they have always been extremely supportive and friendly with me. I often come there for professional reasons and I must say it is always a pleasure to spend time there after a busy day! I can only recommend the place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
