I recently stayed at Hotel Simal in Thamel and had a fantastic experience. The location is convenient, surrounded by numerous food stores and grocery shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The culinary experience was delightful, with delicious Indian and Nepali dishes for dinner and satisfying continental options for breakfast. The hotel offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it to fellow food lovers. I'll certainly be booking Hotel Simal again on my next visit.

Really nice hotel. Rooftop restaurant is really nice, staff is helpful and smile all the time. Bedroom was comfortable. For our last night, the hotel was overbooked, but the owner arranged everything. He got us a room in the hotel next door He paid for our diner on his rooftop and gave us 2 beers. Really convenient. Thanks for everything. Namaste

My guides arranged for me to stay in Hotel Simal and I can see why. It’s conveniently located in Thamel near stores, restaurants and amenities for tourists. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. For example, if you weren’t sure where something was, the bellboy would walk you to the location. It is also secure - there’s a security guard at the front door. The hotel is suited for trekkers as they have a scale available to weigh your bags. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The best part was the rooftop restaurant. The views are stunning and the patio is really pretty. I would stay here again if I can to Nepal.

I'm absolutely amazed by the hospitality this wonderful hotel provides. Detailed and kind commutation right from the start, organised affordable taxi transfer from the Airport and a fabulous junior suites. Location is 20 min walk from Dunbar Square and 4 minutes walk from the Pokhara tourist bus street in the middle of the downtown. Paid exactly as much as it was in the booking in exact USD/NPR rate of the day. Even pre made breakfast box is made and allowed my local colleague to visit my room, no hassle. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
