        We spent 2 nights at this hotel and on the first night the police were called to the hotel due to a noisy guests. However, the most unacceptable experience during our stay occured on the second day. The cash from my wallet, which was kept in my backpack(150€) disappeared. The hotel staff’s response to this incident was absolutely unacceptable, as they took no action and defended their employees. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless you want to be subjected to such experiences and feel ripped off.

        + Well located, walkable distance to M1, supermarket across the street. + Good breakfast, coffee kindly made by the staff on request. + Rooms clean. + Most of the staff friendly and polite. -Very poor soundproofing -Staff doesn’t speak English adequately. -Shower very small, only fixed shower head provided. Poor water temperature control. -Steep stairs, no elevator. Overall true to Booking ad.

        Well deserved 2 star family hotel (not 1 as marked). Very nice staff and breakfast. Rooms are simple but adequate for the price. 1 min walk to tram and supermarket, 5 min walk to metro (Pasteur on red line M1) and 20 min walk to Central station. Try to get a rear facing room away from the noisy street.

        Perfect for out stay! I was pleasently surprised by the renovated room we received, it was clean and overall great! We had a big comfy bed, great bathroom, window to the street and air-conditioning. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, nice cappuccino, croissants and fruit! Yes, the tram is loud and goes almost all night, but we were so tired, we didn't mind it at all, it wasn't unbearable. The staff were really nice and polite, and the location was perfect to the tram and metro line 1(red, just 10 min to the Duomo) - we truly had a great stay, thank you!
