The drinks they offered at the entrance were very good after getting off the plane. Reception procedures were short. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is very nice to have filtered drinkable water in the rooms. You don't have to constantly deal with buying water or finding a place to buy it. The food and drinks they offer for breakfast are delicious, I wish they also had different types of cheese and olives.

I was at Hotel Sky in December 2023. Initially in a very small room with an odd rectangular shape and a window opposite a platform bed that was on the higher section (two/three steps up-split level). There was no natural light in the sitting area. For anyone who does not like feeling closed in, request a room that has windows! I was very happy with my upgrade to a corner room with windows all around and a spectacular view. It was worth paying for. The food was good, breakfast buffet had English (sausages, baked beans etc) and also African choices. We had catered lunches for our workshop which were excellent. The most important are the amazing staff. The Head of Housekeeping/ Catering was always checking on us. Very polite, respectful, helpful staff.

Popped in to see what the hotel was like. Staff were most kind and knowledgeable I came across. The restaurant on floor 26 is spectacular with its incredible views... Wow. Just one point, please teach your staff how to serve tea in a teapot. A cup of hot water and a loose teabag doesn't give a good impression. That training is a management problem because the waitress was the best.

Very nice place, security for my first trip to Capetown very well done, I did not expect a key card for the elevator. The rooms a bit small however, for the price, way above average, clean and only needed for a few nights. The people are so helpful and friendly! The breakfast are was an absolute treat, multiple items to choose from and fresh!

Beautiful hotel with great views of the sea harbour and Table mountain. Very clean and well kept. Great breakfast buffet. Unlimited bean-to-coffee station on each floor, a heated pool and a gym facility. About 10 min from Waterfront. Absolutely worth more than the price!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
