Pleasant stay for a 4-star hotel that is conveniently located right smack at the center of Dongdaemon. The price is worth it for to its convenient location and general good condition of the hotel. You are not going to get a 5-star service or luxury but it’s really all about the location. Very convenient shopping and F&Bs all just within a stone’s throw away.

The room is relatively small, but the facilities are complete. The LCD TV is super big. There is a smoking area on each floor. Nice! The location is super strategic... In front, behind, to the left and right of this hotel are shopping centers, stores, and culinary spots.... Super nice!

My husband and I chose Korea as our honeymoon destination, since we are both Korean and haven't been here in a long time (basically the first time for my husband). We love our heritage and culture, and wanted to immerse ourselves. We found this great location, which is why I'm even giving 2 stars. Besides the location, the actual hotel and lack of service is just astounding. This is the 3rd hotel we've stayed at during our trip here, and it's the worst. Every hotel acknowledged and welcomed us so kindly. Once we stepped foot in SkyPark Kingstown, we were not even greeted with a "hello" but just, "check-in is upstairs." When we got upstairs to "check-in," someone just pointed at the self check-in machine. I asked if their happened to be any upgrades available, or at least with a nice view, and mentioned we were celebrating our honeymoon. The person barely looked at me while saying that nothing else is available and just take the room you have since we booked a room with a balcony. No congratulations or acknowledgement that we were there for a special occasion. We get up to the room and the "balcony is more like a dog pen. You can't see anything because the wall is high and not see through. Also, there are the absolute bare minimum of "amenities." 2 pieces of towels, q-tip, and the thermostat is automated, so you can't set it to a comfortable temperature of your own. The lamp by the bedside also doesn't work. If you want more "amenities" then you have to purchase them from a vending machine. So any lotion, soap, toothpaste/brush, slippers, etc. must all be purchased. Also, we decided to do laundry at their coin machine laundry area, and the detergent and dryer sheets were also at a cost. That's fine, but while we were in there, another couple asked someone where to get detergent (all speaking in Korean, which we also speak and understand), and the employee said that he would just give it to them for free! And we had already purchased it, on top of everything else we were already unhappy about, it was just another thing that makes this 6 night stay, to be a sour one. The other hotels we've stayed at in other parts of the country (and another one that's in this same city) is so much better. If we hadn't prepaid for the stay here, we would've left. But we kept trying to give them a chance and stick it out. Such a bad way to end our otherwise, fantastic honeymoon. We've enjoyed our country so much, except for this hotel.

• The rooms are extremely small. • They pipe in a grape-like scent in the common areas. Very troublesome for people with allergies or scent sensitivities • need to step up into the washroom -> watch your toes • no area to work at. There is a small ledge on opposite wall of beds but not large enough to for laptop and keyboard • A woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful - the rest of the staff were not DO NOT RECOMMEND

I stayed 4 nights here, unfortunately I would not come again! I found hair clinging on the toilet wall on my arrival day. On day 2, I clicked the "make the room" button before I left. When I was back in late afternoon, they still had not tidied up my room! I called the housekeeping service, but the lady could bearly speak English. I then approached to a middle-aged housekeeper who was outside the 17th floor lobby, she said she did not receive any instruction to make my room after checking her paper records (I communicated with her by Google translate)......... Finally, I had to go to the hotel reception on 14th floor to make the request. The location is undoubtedly perfect, about 3-5 mins walk to MRT, ideal for ladies who love shopping. The room and the beds are small, and most of the guests are Asians.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
