The hotel seems very new, with a modern entrance and inviting lobby that has beautiful colors. The rooms are spacious (18qm), very clean with a new interior as well and comfortable beds. I usually check the rooms for bedbugs due to a growing number of travellers and also dust, but everything is very clean here. The hotel staff is super friendly and polite. There are snacks at the lobby, free coffee, free tea and cookies. The location of the hotel is very close to the train station (1 min) and Dotonbori (30min walk). It's quiet even though the hotel is facing a main street. The hotel also offers a Japanese bath, which I highly recommend to relax in after an adventurous day. The breakfast is rich in flavors with Western and Japanese foods as well as coffee, juices, teas and much more (check pictures and video). If you don't eat meat or specific meat, make sure to ask the staff for the ingredients, since some might not say that there are slices of sausage or minced meat in them. For 85$ per night (for two people) including breakfast this is a very good deal. Also there is a currency exchange machine inside the hotel - not the best rates, but still convenient for those who don't want to look for another one. One thing to consider is that the mattresses are hard, which is okay for me, but for some this might be a challenge. Also the pillows are stiff, so if you are sensitive to those things, just a heads up.

I would definitely book this hotel if I plan to revisit Osaka! First of all, the location is great with the metro station and a convenient store within 20 steps. There is a bath facility on the 2nd floor which is amazing! It really helps me recover after a whole day of walking around the city! Not to mention the staffs are super helpful and always have a big smile! Book this hotel right now it is top notch!

The staff where so unhelpful and a bit rude. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in on my travels in Japan would not stay there again. The lights in the rooms kept me awake most of the night, you advised Netflix but have to pay extra for a room with it when they didn't advises that, false advisment. Not recommended to stay there.

This hotel is located on top of the subway station, Daikokucho. It is only one stop away to Namba station and a few stations away from Tennoji station. The facility includes the communal bath, which I used twice a day. The breakfast spread included some Korean specialty items that were scrumptious. I would stay here again if I am in Osaka and need to be close to Namba.

So happy I found this place in Osaka for our 4 night stay. We stayed in 1 room for 3 people, and booked on Agoda. Location - Safe area in Osaka, only a 20-25 min walk to Namba & Dotonbori. Bear in mind the train station in front of the hotel belongs to the Metro company, hence you can't use the JR pass. However , if you walk 10 mins from the hotel , there is a station called "Imamiya" which is under the JR, hence you can use the pass. Rooms - The rooms were spacious and for the price you pay, it's worth it. However as stayed at the room facing the main road, which was slightly noisy at night. You can hear bikers and ambulances at least 3x every night. Service - 10/10. TRY THE BREAKFAST , it's only 1800 yen. They serve fresh sushi, Japanese delicacies and many more. The public bath was so cool, I recommend trying it once.
