Great hotel! Nice staff. Rooms look nice. However, the beds are like a box of rocks... If you enjoy a hard mattress, you will love this place for sleeping accommodations... if not get absolutely wasted, and then sleep.... if you want to go downtown, rent a bike.. way cheaper than a taxi. Activities are cheaper at the beach, so do not use the hotel. While they should have some pull, they do not... actually more expensive. Always negotiate in this Area.

Beautiful place and beautiful view and good service. When we went though the restaurant was horribly under-stocked. Nearly half of the menu was unavailable. Moreover the pool had many tiles that were loose or damaged, and some of us got scrapes and cuts because of them. If they fix these issues this would be a magical place to stay. Right now though I wouldn't recommend it.

A very exquisite mountain hotel. The facility is a little old, and the wifi signal is unstable, but the view is great and you can overlook the sea. Most importantly, the service staff are very sincere. I feel valued. The shuttle bus is very dense and punctual, and it is very convenient to go to Dmall. Overall praise.

Stayed here for three nights. The rooms were quite old and poorly maintained. The drainage in the shower was clogged and takes so log for the water to be drained. Location is very far from the city so you need to take an electric keep to the city or take the free shuttle Service every 2-3 hours. The view is amazing you can see the sea from the pool. Food is nothing but over expensive, ordered an expensive breakfast and i swear I could have gotten something better from the streetside stands. The employees were nice and friendly.

The place is a little bit far from the center (about 15mins driving) bit it’s extremely relaxing. They offer a free shuttle every two hours to reach the beach. The swimming pool is beautiful and the view with the sunset is gorgeous. Big rooms. Staff always smiling and friendly. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
