Hotel Solar São Gabriel, the room isn't bad in Comparison with what I've seen somewhere else. And I've been informed that they start to refurbish and the roof has already started. Toilet is already refurbished and the rooms are on plans for next year. The breakfast is light but very delicious for the price paid for the stay. The staff is very helpful and always willing to help as much as they can. Many thanks for the gentlemens at the reception which answered all my questions about where to go and what service to use. Special thanks for receptionist Paulo for always help me out watching my reversing park as my parking with the rented car was always a disaster 😂. Also for the cleaners and the ladies who served the breakfast, you guys a simple the best to you all (Receptionist, cleaners, kitchen staff) my review is 10********** You guys well deserve it. And last but not list, Igor. this guy is the man, if any question or any problems he is the person that you need to contact and he will sort you out. To all of you many thanks for my stay at your hotel. Sincerely A. G. Labuhn

We had an issue with the cleanness of the room. We found several hairs in the bed and we asked to change. After a bit of confusion, they gave us another room which unfortunately had the same issue, and again for a third room. In absence of a solution we slept in the 3rd room. The day after they assured the room was finally cleaned in the afternoon. In conclusion, they said they will refund 50% of the first night. UPDATE: after two month the hotel still did not refund us. I contact them and they blamed booking.com, who actually given the equivalent refound int credits. Stay away from this property.

If the bathroom was relatively recently refurbished, then the room itself has not seen a refurbishment for a very long time. On a low car, you can catch on when you enter the parking lot. The location is perfect, a few minutes to the center.

Very good choice for short stay in this price. Nice patio, clean rooms (but quite noisy if you have a window from the street’s side). Great location, just few mins by walk from the very city centre. Friendly & helpful people at the reception desk, no problem with leaving luggage after check-out and picking it up later just before going to the airport and also simple breakfast with tea / coffee included (would be awesome to include some vegetables, but again - can’t expect more for this price).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
