My child was displaced in Houston after a family emergency and need a place to stay. She arrived at a little after 4am after traveling 14hr and was charged around $90 which is fine the establishment is nice and new but the problem was in the checkout time which was 11am the same day a 7hr stay after speaking with a manager (Vick) I thought he would help with some kind of resolution because my child would now have to pay another $90 to stay instead of just charging her for an early checkin upon her arrival. I would never recommend this place regardless of how nice and new it is, there are exceptions to all rules and I find it terrible and heartless to take advantage of someone in crisis she was forced to check out by noon and faced with finding a new place to stay in a foreign city. Never again there are nicer places with accommodating policies

So the concept of the design is studio, one bedroom, and is super clean and cute. The staff is friendly. Back to the room, It has two televisions. Shower is so refreshing. The reason I put 4 out of 5 stars is: the checkout time is 10:30am, no door for the restroom and you can hear the sound of cars flying in on the highway.

Rented a room for the night and we were SUPER impressed. Very clean, very modern and super comfy. The TV on the ceiling was so cool! We had a nice little fridge, microwave and a top notch AC unit. Will be referring this hotel to all my family, friends and listeners on my show. Very reasonable pricing as well.

So the hotel itself, super nice and new. The worker said the hotels only been up about 6 months. The rooms are nicely put together. We stayed in a king bed room with a nice kitchenette that came with a full sized fridge. The feature I enjoyed the most was the TV hanging on the ceiling over the bed. Only cons: hotel seems to attract unfavored guests. Lady two doors down was screaming and fighting with some guy and she appeared to be on drugs. Though I must say that hotel staff was super quick to respond. Security came and handled the situation. Later she was hollering at men she didn't know to come up to her room. You get the point. Other than that,Best hotel in hobby area for the price and the bed is super cozy.

Diamond in the rough. Clean modern rooms! Mattress was even comfortable. The only drawback is our room had fuzzy cable. They even had security to keep an eye on things which was nice. I would even pay more for if they installed spa tubs for a relaxing soak. Definitely will be coming back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
