Prons: - Rooms are fairly new, nice and big with a minimalist style - the staff have a positive attitude Cons: - The hotel has doors between the rooms which makes hear the conversations from other rooms. - The hotel is near a nightclub that plays loud music until 1am - everyday. This defeats the purpose of having a good night sleep at a hotel. - breakfast buffet is not nice - and juice quality is poor In terms of price, I came during low season so the price was good.

The staffs here are really caring and tentative. The price is quite fair too. Just make sure to get the KING bed rooms cause they are much bigger, for a small price difference. Also the pool and is very clean. I can literally keep my breath under water much longer. Located conveniently to the sun world amusement. Thank you to Thanh Hao for her quality service. English is also good.

Great location & service, but the rooms were weird. What should’ve been the living area had two beds, making the hotel room a “3 bed” room. The bathroom is huge, so it’s a good & bad thing because there could’ve been a washer, larger refrigerator, or an actual separate room. If you buy boat tickets through the hotel, they’ll have a ride for you there. But, IGNORE THE GUY WHO DRIVES YOU THERE WHEN HE TRIES TO TELL YOU “Oh there’s not enough people to depart, we have to wait. We can go now on your own private boat if you want for a little more money”. IGNORE. Say you’ll wait or you want your money back if you can’t depart today without the “private” boat & he’ll magically say “Ok, hold on I can get you on a departing boat soon”. NORMAL to wait for a boat to board & depart, NOT normal to not depart at all when you can join a smaller group of people who still have room.

Family suite room is very spacious. Rooms are simple but functional. The hotel occasion is quite convenient (opposite the entrance of Sunworld). On the (very down side), no car parking. But the main issue in this Hotel is the Food which is simply terrible! Breakfast selection is poor and tasteless. A la carte menu isn't better and quite expensive (probably the worse Burger I ever tasted). Service at restaurant is average at best. Need serious improvement in Food and beverage department. Too bad 😔

Excellent stay for one night - lovely spacious room and literally 2 minutes walk from the cable car to SunWorld - nice restaurant with buffet breakfast and very friendly staff

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
