Wonderful hotel right next to Cerro Santa Lucia. We found the location to be perfect and the rooms to be very luxurious. The hotel's "wine theme" is entertaining. I'd skip the hotel breakfast though and try your luck at any of the nearby cafes -- it wasn't that great.

I don't know what others experienced, this turned out to be a great find ,in a great part of the city.. The staff had been nothing but helpful, and kind. Went out of the way to hold out bags, we had a 10:50 pm flight out.. food at the restaurant was great.. I saw some remarks about breakfast being light, well we are in Chile not USA..we were in a cruise and found the hotel full of people from the ship.. all with the same experience.yes we took pre action and used Uber or taxi for late night.. would recommend this hotel very highly.. also not speaking Spanish for the most part. . All desk personnel did speak English.. Great rooms also very classy for reasonable Price..

Nice hotel in a good part of Santiago. Breakfast just ok, for this number of stars I would expect wider selection of fruits and espresso. If you can, avoid room 22 or this floor in general. You will hear everything from the restaurant and also the lift which staff uses for goods transport to the rooftop restaurant. They love to block the lift until it is full and you will hear this beeping all the time, including early morning. Also the view from the "terrace" as you can see..

The location is right in the heart of everything you want to do. Be sure to do the hop on hop off bus. We asked hotel and they gave us 10 percent off coins. The tram and funicular offered outstanding views. The hop on hop off will take you to all the must see and dos. Sky Costanera was amazing views and the largest mall in Latin America there.

These staff don't speak much English, when checking in the withdrew $50USD from the credit card, when checking out they said they refunded the card , but didnt, I asked them for proof but they couldn't provide it and said it will appear in 10 days, well it didnt. I have emailed them a few times and they don't even reply. Customer service is the worst.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
