Rooms are large and comfortable. Very clean. Staff was very helpful. Our room included breakfast buffet at the rooftop restaurant and was pretty good. Rooms were very quiet with modern double-pane windows. Hotel is associated with Underaga Wines and the room had wine glasses but no corkscrew. Front desk had one though.

Terrible Wi-Fi, very noisy, charge for everything. Not worth the price. Great location as the city centre, but it has strip clubs in every direction so music is blasting all night. The Wi-Fi is also terrible. The city centre and terrible Wi-Fi? How? It works perfectly fine on the ground floor and roof, so the owners are simply not willing to spend money on the middle floors, which says everything about how they view customers. While the staff are very nice, the price charged is outrageous considering all of this. The hotel also finds a reason to charge you for anything and everything. If it were a cheap hotel I could understand, but a hotel charging this per night these things are always otherwise included in any other country. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. My issues are unrelated to the staff.

We were really pleased with our stay in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. The double bedrooms we had (we stayed at this hotel 3 times during our trip to Chili) were huge and comfy and very clean. The breakfast was a buffet with various choices. The wifi worked everywhere in the hotel. The only downside is that we were expecting to have some tea bags or coffee in our bedrooms ( as there is a kitchen in each room). A bit surprising for a hotel of that standard but it didn't ruin our stay at all.... One more thing you need to know in case you come with your family (especially kids) this hotel is on top of a strip club...

Very high quality room, comfortable bed and clean. Great staff, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The roof top restaurant is excellent and great service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
