Booked a hotel visit here. Checked in and upon getting settled into the room we find multiple roaches near the fridge and cabinet area. We decided not to stay due to the room being inhabitable environment for our newborn or anyone really. I respectfully requested the front desk person to cancel my booking and she said she would leave a note to the manager. I contacted the third party booking companies and they were notified at the time of the incident and they followed up. They always say the manager isn’t present to handle this formal complaint. I’ve filed a report with their ownership and nothing has done anything about it but submitted a note to their manager. At this point the hotel charged me for services not rendered on Dec 28th 2023. I’ve avoided doing a bad review waiting for this issue to be resolved.

The first room we woke up with roaches in the bed with us. They gave us a different room the next day bug free. The breakfast would have been good but nothing was adequately stocked, not even any O.J. ...... at last were home and they only send back half the deposit .. when we called they said oops someone put in the wrong amount it'll be another 5-10 days on the missing amount . I would not recommend this place 😐

Hello Guys! This is to let everyone know that please make sure you are getting back your $50 deposit money back to your account. So with me, I stayed there last Dec 23. I had no issues with the service, but they refunded only deposit money of 36.52$. And since then I am reaching out to know the reason for deduction. But they are saying they will credit back the rest of the amount. So make sure you check your money. Imagine getting 13$ from each family, how much they make a day. That's really fraud. Please beware

This was not what I signed up for. The location and price were good. The quality of the property was lacking to say the least. Stained furniture, dirty carpet, loud A/C, no phone, iron, or ironing board in room 134. I have tried to contact the property and the GM. Please don't tell me how sorry you are that I had a problem. Please don't ask me to give you another chance to make it right. Feel free to pull up my reservation and call me to discuss my Nov 9th, 2023 stay.

Location was good. Everything was dirty and stained or had holes in it. I never got coffee, refilled, when they tried they gave me decaf. None of the other coffee makers in the building worked for the entire 6 day stay I had. Walls are very thin and they say the pool hours are until 11 but they allowed people to party and swim until 2am. Breakfast never had any juice or coffee (this waa a business trip and the lack of caffeine really got to me). The sink sprayed water everywhere if you turned it on all the way. The tub dripped all day/night long (which actually helped me sleep) but maybe not great for others. I've stayed in worse places, but I don't recommend ESPECIALLY for a vacation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
