Organic breakfast - perfect! Location also a winner. We loved the chilled lobby area with free wine and great coffee. The hidden gym in the basement is also a great feature of this hotel. We will be back! Only negative is the tired, damp hallways to the rooms, and crazy low water pressure.

Quite an expensive hotel, but the room was tiny, cramped, dark, rather scruffy looking, not very clean (dusty). Bedside cabinet was a small wobbly stool! En suite bathroom was nice, but again very cramped. Made for a rather depressing stay. But there were a few good aspects, so I’ll give the hotel more than 1 star: Staff are friendly and professional; Bar/restaurant area is quite nice; And the free wine hour and free nightcap hour were both some compensation for the otherwise disappointing experience of staying here.

Location was amazing so barely needed to take transport. Breakfast maybe the best I've ever had at a hotel. Very much enjoyed the wine happy hour. Great decor. Only things I would change would be a bit more lighting in the room and some more pegs to hang clothes in the bathroom. Would stay here again 100%. Thank you!

The location is great and the lobby has a lovely design, you can also rent a bike, which is so helpful. But the rooms were freezing cold and smelled of mould. The aesthetic of the hotel and the lobby doesn’t match that of the rooms. There is absolutely no water pressure nor any warm water in the shower. You cannot wash your hair and there is barely enough water pressure to wash your face. I also had charges to my room that were not actually mine. The other thing to note is that the walls are paper thin. I got woken up in the middle of the night multiple times by random noises from the rooms next to me. The staff is ok, but somewhat cold.

Nice place but expect to be woken up at 3 and 4 am everyday by delivery trucks dropping off food at the hotel restaurant. Wish this wasn't a problem but it made our stay in Copenhagen pretty rough. Maybe go to the restaurant, the food is fresh, but stay somewhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
