What a spectacular hotel. Fantastic location, a 5-10 minute to so many incredible sites. Very clean room, bathroom, and lobby space. The complimentary drinks in the mini fridge were so nice to have. Even though the hotel was right on the street the rooms were so quiet at night. If we go to Florence again we will absolutely stay here.

Beyond my expectations from the warm friendly staff to the aesthetics and quality of its furnishings( love the fabric wall coverings and high ceiling), the toiletries,soft bedroom slippers, comfy mattress, free minibar snacks and drinks. Most of all, I’m wowed by the wide variety of food offered for breakfast. Particularly the fruits and cakes. Many thanks to Hotel Spadai for the wonderful stay and the welcome drink and snacks in the evening.

This is a great hotel! The breakfast cannot be beat! I could have eaten that breakfast all day long! So many healthy options! We had a suite and it was very clean. The bathroom toiletries are lovely. The mini bar is such a nice special touch! I wish I could take this hotel with me when I travel!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, we had three visits and each time enjoyed the time spent in this place, the hotel has a convenient location in the city center, a beautiful park, a cafe is very close, it is convenient. I was very pleased with the delicious breakfast, the best of all that we have tried in many places and countries. We will definitely come back to this hotel, thanks to the staff for their care and excellent service.

This hotel is spectacular! Right next to the Duomo, central to shopping, and walking distance to all our activities in Firenze. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom and its jacuzzi tub! We will surely return again especially because of the staff who were so helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
