Hotel Spadari in Milan was in a great location, set off from the busy street to give a quiet night's sleep, but not too far off the beaten path to walk to all of the major sites (and shopping streets!) Since we arrived later at night they arranged a car to meet us at the Milan train station. Breakfast was very nice and there were free soft drinks in the room fridge, snacks in the lobby. Reception staff was very friendly and special shout-out to the bellman (a shorter, dark-haired young man who was always smiling and very happy to help us with our heavy luggage). This 4-star hotel lives up to its ratings, as the beds are most comfortable, the room was very clean/spacious, and modern amenities were in the bathroom. Absolutely no complaints and I would stay here again. They even left us a special card and some goodies for my twin daughters' 25th birthdays.

Excellent location, friendly service, delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Soft towels and bath robes ( Unlike the North American hotels, European ones can be stingy with the number of towels they provide. Not this hotel). Travelled to Milano with friends. Hopefully next year I will be visiting again, this time with family, and would definitely choose this hotel again. Thanks!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations and was a wonderful surprise given how challenging it can be to find great hotels that meet the different needs in a big city like Milan. I will start by highlighting the warm and friendly service from every member of the hotel. From the moment we stepped into the property they greeted us with a smile and offered to help with any inquiries. The room was very large by european standards and photos don’t do justice to the size of the room -I loved the charming vintage style. They included nice amenities like bottled water and peanuts in addition to robes and slippers. You have the ability to modify room temperature which not all european guest rooms allow. I was also very impressed by the sound isolation despite being in an incredibly busy area with a tram line outside. From our third floor room the outside noise was limited - because am such a sensitive sleeper I use a white noise app which filters any minor sound so we had no issues whatsoever. There’s also an additional door between the entry door and the room which isolated any noise coming from the hallway - we were literally next to the elevator and heard nothing from within the hotel. This is one of the factors that is most important for me and we had ability to sleep very well. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful- there was a wide variety of choices for every palate from the traditional freshly baked pastries, cheeses, and charcuterie to pancakes, cooked to order eggs, fruit, yogurt, and great coffee. This was the best breakfast in our half a month trip through Italy. Lastly, we were literally 4 minutes away from the Milan Duomo and next to the metro station where you can ride just anywhere in the city, in addition to the different ATM (tram) lines available all around. Overall it was a perfect stay and we will certainly be back to this wonderful property whenever we return to Milan.

It is 4 star hotel with 5 star quality. It is the little things i liked about the hotel. The bed is very good, the AC is not too loud and i could not hear the outside, which gave me a good night sleep. The staff is excellent and all Softdrinks in the minibar are free. There are snacks and drinks in the lobby all day long. The cooked breakfast is prepared freshly for you.

Location, location. Beautiful classic hotel, mid sized rooms. Had free soft drinks and juice in mini bar, beautiful free sparkling wine and nibbles for happy hour and generous breakfast included. The location was amazing and quiet considering how close it was to the action. Had small lift.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
