It’s walking distance to attractions. Rooms heating system is Not a quiet one, we had hard time to sleep. They have security at night which is a good thing because San Francisco has a lot of homeless people. They are not dangerous but you see them everywhere. Especially the location that hotel has.

Location is in transition. Definitely a gem. Older refurbished (Boutique). Well done and cozy. Quiet room, view was a bit ruff but lots of natural light. The kept sidewalks very clean and walkable depending on where you go

Travelling for work for three nights. I had an issue booking through a third party where the service cancelled my room without telling me. The staff was fantastic and, despite it not being their fault, they upgraded my room. Everything was neat and tidy, the room was really comfortable. Only thing keeping it from being 5 starts is the location right by the tenderloin. Restaurants around there were fantastic, but the area is a bit rough but there isn't much the hotel can do about that.

We were extremely happy with our stay at the Hotel Spero. A gorgeous reception area with comfy sofas in a beautiful, historic building. We arrived earlier than the check-in time but two rooms were made available for us immediately. The bedrooms were a generous size and were spotlessly clean. Lots of fluffy white towels and fabulous toiletries. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We loved the coffee station in the mornings and enjoyed several delicious breakfasts in Jasper's. We would definitely stay at Hotel Spero again if we get the chance.

Beautiful hotel with cozy rooms and friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. As they advised, just remember to take a left out the main door and a right. There was an obnoxious car blasting music for almost an hour at 2 a.m., it was very loud on the 8th floor with windows shut, but the hotel security seemed to have done something about it after a quick call to front desk. Great views out of the window, but if you prefer less street noise you might want to request a north-facing room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
