Reservation: easy; hotel was prompt in responding to inquiries Location: excellent with restaurants and grocery store nearby, walking distance to sites Check-in: easy, staffs were professional, pleasant and welcoming; Lia at the front desk was very helpful and courteous, provided excellent customer service Room: very clean ; had a fridge, toiletries and efficient air temperature controlled air conditioner; Tip: set the shower below the maximum water flow so the drain can work well Breakfast: excellent, had coffee, juices, warm and cold items … very good … staffs in that department were attentive and nice Transport: they arranged our airport pick up for a fee and it was stress -free; the wonderful driver had a sign at the airport and took us directly to the hotel We’ll stay in this hotel again!!!

Nice hotel in a good location. Near many shopping locations, food and tourist attractions. Also not a far walk from the river. The rooms have a nice patio and wifi. There is no mini bar or refrigerator.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
