        AVOID!! ZERO STARS. Appalling hotel. Our room was dirty, full of dust, stained towels and the bathroom covered in hair. No items were replenished and no used cups replaced. Constantly complained but nothing was done. The staff are lazy and unhelpful. Things also went missing from our room. All of this was brought to the managers attention who couldn't care less. The manager has no idea about good customer service and is arrogant and rude. The breakfast in very basic and full of cheap supermarket fodder. The fitness centre has a broken treadmill and a few basic machines. We had a terrible experience and would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody. There are far better places to stay in Rome.

        I have read a lot of negative reviews about the place, but I loved it, I feel like they are unjustified. You have to remember when traveling that you are a tourist, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. They don't have an attitude problem, they are Italian, English is not their first language, you have to keep it in mind. I felt very well taken care of, even though I would qualify as being "high maintenance" in the US. I loved how comfortable the room was and the staff was great to me. The location is perfect as it is right next to Termini.

        Very nice hotel and kind personal my only complaint is about the cleaness of the room after returning from our exertion the room wasn't swept for as long our stay lasted 4 days. Other than that it was very nice if they provide some slippers in the rooms it would be perfect

        Nice clean hotel rooms. Our room was a great size and comfortable. Service at breakfast was bad. Too many people not enough food for all. Some patrons had to stand to eat their food. Coffee makers were broken. Such a pity as this was a nice hotel.

        My stay at St Martin Omnia hotel in Roma was deeply disappointing. Regrettably, I discovered that my watch had been stolen from my luggage inside the room. Despite promptly reporting the incident to the hotel management, they failed to take any action to address the situation. To aggravate matters, my attempts to reach out to them via emails and phone calls were consistently unanswered. This lack of response not only raises concerns but also left me feeling unsafe and unsettled during my stay. In my opinion, this hotel does not live up to its claimed 4-star rating, as its safety and security measures are severely inadequate. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment.
