Good location a walk to most attractions in Madrid. The metro is also close as well. There is many restaurants and shops around. The only downside is that the room was a bit small and the sound proofing could’ve been better

Perfect location. I walked in on Christmas Day, they found me an available room without jacking up the price. THAT IS PRICELESS. Location could not possibly be better. Room was ok, I thnk it could use some decor improvements inside room. TV set was small and outdated with dull colors. Bathroom was impressively large for the standard in the center of Madrid. I would stay there again without hesitation. The staff was very friendly and hellpful

The location is perfect, very close to Grand Via. Room was very clean, and the staff super friendly. Our room was a bit noisy, the A/C control was not working, neither the safe inside the closet. When we arrived, the bedding was completely wet. We asked the staff if they could change them and they solved it quickly. Price could be better. The price for the late checkout was just right.

The hotel is 5 stars for location. It's very close to the Grand via road, it's a clean hotel, great stuff members. The only thing is that the breakfast is very poor and low on options. I was there for 6 nights and it was great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
