Must be the worst hotel I've been in my life. Staff was very unfriendly. Room wasn't clean, water bottle was already empty, there was a garbage bag on the fire alarm. Hang on it's not over. Cleaning staff wasn't changing our sheet nor giving us more bathroom supplies every day. They literally just folded out blankets back on the bed and took the trash out. And the cherry on top: bed bugs. I came home covered with bed bug bites. The blood staines on the bed should have warned us, but none of us had experience with bed bugs before.

It was really a nice stay at this hotel. Very easy check in. I checked in at 9pm at it was super easy without additional charges. Room was cute small, sufficient and available everything needed for a person. It was clean and location was pretty nice. Easy to reach anywhere in Dusseldorf.

This place has Bed bugs. Do not go! The sheets were covered in little dots of blood and when me and my friends got home after 3 or 4 days we started to get covered in bed bugs bite marks. Hotel staff should call a disinfestation company.

We enjoyed the cleanness and quietness of this hotel. Location is very convenient to walk to most interesting points. There’s a very beautiful park nearby with a playground for kids. The breakfast was very complete. They don’t have an elevator- this is good to keep in mind if you are carrying lots of luggage or have a kid’s stroller like our case.

The hotel is in the center of Düsseldorf. You can reach almost all main places by walking or 1 tram. Staff was so nice so heplful. Rooms was sufficient for travelers. Breakfast was fine. Thanks to Hotel Stern.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
