We stayed at Su hotel with my family in October and loved our experience there. Starting from the very beginning when I asked for a more quiet room because we were very tired and wanted some peace and quiet. Front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. We loved our room and the view from it. Also loved breakfast. We didn’t purchase all inclusive but had an option to pay and eat when we wanted. Good selection of food, reasonable price, again, great staff in the restaurant. Also loved the location, we were able to walk to places if we wanted to. Loooved aqua park for our son which was included in the room price. Aqua park is not exactly new but it didn’t affect our experience at all. Housekeeping also “no complaints”. Overall all the staff in the hotel is great and atmosphere is very friendly, which is a very important factor for me. I would be happy to stay there again and can recommend it if you are choosing hotel in Antalya.

Best hotel in Antalya near the sea Nov 2023 I was there during the weekends. My birthday was during that time. So I wanted to celebrate my birthday lying on the beach, relaxing. I found the most interesting hotel for my weekends. The entire hotel is 90% white. The theme is simply mesmerizing. On my birthday they sent me balloons and cake and a bottle of champagne to my room. They just made me so happy while I was missing my family. The assistant general manager personally wished me on my birthday and the head of guest relations was an amazing woman. A true 5 star establishment as well as amazingly located by the sea

We are staying here for 9 nights. We have been here only for 1 night. However we were greeted by COL at the reception who was very helpful and gave us a free upgrade. He explained the activities card very well. When I looked to my left the other staff just handed the card over without explaining. But COL explained without us asking. He was very sweet and started out holiday off at a great start. I hope we continue to have an amazing time for the rest of our time here.

Very nice place. Excellent location close to the beach. Staff is nice and helpful. Sea view from my room. I very much like the idea of having an extra queen size bed on the balcony. Air-condition works not well. Many mirrors. Pool outside.Very good food. It has only half board, no full board, I don't know why, clean rooms, cooperative workers. I respect that Korean waiter work on restaurant, he was very helpful. The refundable option was very good although no need because I grantee a nice trip, the aqualand is amazing, I recommend that experience. Thank you su hotel

Elif and Svetlana (who managed to fix my broken glasses with wire from a paper stapler in the middle of the night!) along with all the cleaning, reception and catering staff were especially caring. The style and design of the hotel might not please everyone and design is sometimes hard to navigate, but for what they lack in a 5 Star hotel, they make up for it in 7 star service. Plus the food, especially the meat was excellent all week.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
