Stay at your own risk. When we take the room the room is not ready. But they lady charged us and give us the room card. We book 3 room and only enter 1 room. And we head out as the room is not ready. Few hours later we decided to give up one room that we did not even enter at all but was immediately given bad attitude saying that it our fault for holding the key card and paying first when the room is not ready. The counter staff gave an offer to refund rm50 only which means we need to pay rm75 For a room that we didn't Even enter and he say why the room is not ready and u go pay.. the lady boss alrdy ask For the payment so we didn't think much. The room is in bad condition. Got a oreo biscuit left in the room and got fly mosquito in the room. The room phone is not working. Another room the water point is switch off totally and they gave the room to us and leaving it for us to solve it. room. This will be the last time staying here. Even cheaper hotel have better service. Plus they have transit service for the club nearby.. so stay at your own risk. Hair dryer is spoilt as well.

I really really really regret that to book this hotel, before I didn’t reading the review. The smells in the room is damn bad and the wall dirty, I was so tired and feel sleepy before I check in. And in my mind I just to faster check in and sleep. After I went in the room stay for 2min and I run away. Sorry, i know is cheap hotel. At least the room can be sleep. The whole room smell mothball and some horror smell . Why would I waste my money and time for this. Pls pls pls don’t set your mind that just get cheap hotel for sleep one or two nights. Even sleep you also unable to sleep.

I walked in ask if got empty room available coz is too late and I am staying very far from Taman Sutera so I decided to have a one night stay however the front desk staff told me that they only got one room left and I must check out next day early in the morning 7:30am. Where got such room with few hour stay one!! Then the more funny things is a lady walk in ask for empty room too and is after me but the front desk staff told her that got King bedroom left!! Such a double standard service! Strongly not recommended!

Make reservation for Family Suite via Agoda for a night call 2day in advance to check on my booking it a hassle moment during check in over the counter as my booking was not able to tracked and im not sure why being cancelled by Agoda. But the counter lady that assist us was so helpful, kind and patience. Thank you Hotel Suan Bee for this wonderful hospitality. Price is seasonable for a big family like me. Location is easily accesseable.

The Ali is best staff in this hotel. He changed the room, when room have problem.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
