If I could, I would rate it zero. Terrible service, no hot water for 2 nights. Never try to fix my problem. The guy even asked me to shower in cold water. Room is spacious but the lift is old and dirty. Tiny breakfast dining space. No warm water to shower in room 108.

This hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building, kind of hard to tell from the outside. The room was small but enough room for 2 people and clean enough. It was weird that you have to leave your key with the front desk when you leave though. The location is very convenient, a couple minutes walk from Roma Termini, next to a couple supermarkets and there's also a restaurant next door along with plenty of options nearby. The train to FCO airport from Roma Termini is a 30 min ride. Breakfast was included, very simple meal and you can also get a cappachino or cafe latte. The wifi service is pretty bad here. Also, you can hear everything going on outside. It's a small place so I could hear people eating breakfast outside in the morning. For the price and convenience it was worth it.

Bad service overall. Two of the 5 nights i stayed here i didn't get a blanket, i went out to the ask the receptionist if i could get one and he answerd me "we are closed" when he literally just stood there and could have easily just have gotten a blanket for me. And there was never changed sheet, not even once and i got back a dirty towel once. I'm just happy that it only was 5 nights jheeze!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
