When you want to cancel something they ignore your emails and ghost you. And when you call you cannot be put through to administration. You can only send an email. A bit strange. But if this is how they want to loose customers, fine with me. NEVER AGAIN!!! You are corrupt! You can at least answer to the emails. I know you answer inmidiatelly, because when I booked your hotel earlier you answered directly. Shame on you and a loss for you! I want to typ more things, but that is inappropriate.

Really good hotel, i liked the breakfast's, very kind and friendly staff, metro station esperanza is very close also behind the hotel you have bus station which can take you straight to Santiago Bernabeu stadium. room was clean, bathroom big and modern.

24 hour check in, very convenient location, Fresh breakfast, on site parking with direct elivator to big family room was very helpful when you have sleeping children. The staff were very helpful and kind. Thank you

This Hotel cancelled our booking 2 days before traveling to Madrid to for business without any explanation. Booking was made 4 months in advance by travel agency. You can imagine how difficult it is to find new accommodation within 24 hours for international congress time in Madrid.

Although not a 4 star, service was good and rooms were clean. The hotel suffers from having very thin walls, letting a lot of noise come in from shared spaces into the rooms This sometimes woke us up. Breakfast is well served and great quality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
