Great place with great view. Staff are lovely and friendly. Comfortable rooms with Ella rock view. The bites we ordered were delicious. We definitely recommend this place. ♥️

We have had a great time here! The staff are super friendly and helpful. They couldn't stop cooking pancakes for our hungry boys. We did a cooking class here with them and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view from some rooms and the dining area must be the best in Ella! The rooms were clean. Enjoyed a beer on our balcony looking out at the mountains. It was very nice to be away from the tourist Main Street. Being high on the hill there were no mosquitoes.

Fantastic place! Clean rooms with amenities, fridge, electric kettle, etc. Each room has its own private deck with amazing views. Breakfast is included in room tariff and is delicious...can't beat eating it outside on the front lawn as the morning sun shines on Ella Rock. 5 mins walk to Ella center, and arguably the best view in town. I come to Ella at least once a year and wouldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

We had bad experience on our stay. It cost more than the standard. Stay with 3 kids. No hot water. Bathroom is not good condition. It's too small and Bad smell. We ordered dinner was fine. But breakfast is not good. They treat us as locals and foreign seperately. BB must in one standard what we had our experience In other hotels. I had under 5 years young kids. They didn't even clearly explain about it or didn't ask our expectation. Staff is friendly. But have to tell the charges can't be happy enough for comfortable and clean stay.

This one of the few places with breath taking views of the Ella Rock. The front garden is heaven during the late afternoon with fog covering the whole landscape. BEAUTIFUL...!!! The accommodation is all inclusive, comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly, curtious and will make you any type of food you want. You can dine in the restaurant, room or garden. Access road is concreted. The price for all this is very much affordable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
