actually no idea to give star ratings but i give 1 star bcz needed improvement in this hote such as; 1.room plug ( pls check the plugging box) 2. staff service ( no smiling face , did not know handling customer ) 3. pls service the aircond 4.wifi not responding ( staff didn’t know wifi id )

Despite of all the negative reviews, this is my 3rd time staying because of its reasonable rate. The room is clean with very basic facilities and the staff is quite helpful if we politely asked them for assistance. The hotel is in good location that surrounded with all eateries and restaurants. Short walking distance to Sunway Lagoon and KTM station.

This is the worst hotel in entire Malaysia. Toilets dont work, receptionist are the worst. I am so ashamed to my wife for staying this hotel. It wil feel like you are servant of this hotel, staying there for free. Don't go here, you will regret it.

Strategic place to stay if you want to go nearby KL or Sunway area. The price is very cheap compare to other hotel. The room is spacious! They provide you tea & coffee for drink. Got water filter. Aircond were function & very cold. Limited tv channel. Parking provided. The hotel is really convenient. At lobby you can have KK mart & mini giant. Got laundry to clean & dry your cloth. Here also easy to find food. You can have mamak opposite hotel. This area also have McD, texas chicken & pizza hut. Just dont worry about the food. 👍

3Days booking hotel here,not first time coming here,but for this next visit i feel little bit not comfortable,view at room at level bad,,thats ok i can stay just services at front not friendly person,I’m asking have dryer,he told me dont have otherwise front my Eyes he just give hair dryer to some costumer,,did whose me?i’m costumer hotel too!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
