Typical Japanese business hotel. Obviously the room is on the small side but average to Japanese standard. Still have enough room to store and sort out our luggages. Room is clean and tidy. The advantage of this particular room (standard double) is the big queen size mattress which is larger than other hotels. All essentials are provided and are decent quality. Location wise is just perfect, located in Ginza where you have access to numerous metro lines. Recommend it if you a budget friendly hotel in Ginza.

Good value stay. Room size consistent with Japanese standards. Buffet breakfast was a nice addition, food is ok. Decent dining options in the area. Hotel staff were incredibly helpful with luggage forwarding and had good manner in general.

Located close to the subway in the heart of Ginza with clean rooms and helpful staff. They offer to hold your luggage before check-in and after checkout. We booked this stay last minute after our flights were cancelled and was pleased with the pricing. Rooms are small but not unmanageable

Great location and price. The hotel is close to a number of metro lines and stations, as well as Tokyo Station, which makes it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms are small, but that isn't a problem if you plan to spend your days exploring. The bed was really comfy, and the room was quiet. The only downside is that the toilet and shower curtain could have done with being a little cleaner.

The location of this hotel is good, but I was annoyed by this stay! I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and the first night told me that the last day was 11:00 check out. But on the last day of check-out, they called me and told me if it was 9 o'clock in the morning? Is it reasonable to check out at 9 a.m.? And it was different from what I said on the first day, and then I was charged 2,000 yen without any explanation or apology. Won't come next time and block this hotel forever.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
