        For 3 stars hotel it’s quite good on maintaining cleanliness and making sure all equipments are works well. I like their modern toilet and cute greeting whenever u enter the room. Simple and cute. The front desk staffs are many juniors and unpleasant, zero help and lack of customer service attitude, they’re very good on saying no to everything and it’s very much surprising for me as Korean in general are very kind and helpful. The discount that supposed to be given as part of collaboration with the hospital also being rejected with excuse peak season. A bit disappointing. Suggest when Junior staff on duty always accompany by Senior staff so they can learn how to run hotel business properly.

        For over us$130. I can’t accepted the bed and blanket got super wet. It’s may be water or liquid. But no staff alerted. The towel had hair. When I asked change room, no one explain and apologise. They were kept silent.😤 Very bad experience in this stay.

        I was here for 2 nights. The night we've arrived we've encountered a problem upon checking in. It was a mistake on our side but we just want to say how grateful we are for the two male staffs working the night shift. They were so very helpful to accommodate while we were looking for other options. Forgot to ask for their names but we hope they'll read this review and just know how thankful we are to them! Also about the room, we've took a room for 3 pax and it was still very comfortable for us! With 6 large luggage, we were worried at first but obviously they've nailed it. Even the bathroom was big and water pressure was good. We LOVED the shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel and again regretted not asking the hotel about that. But nevertheless, we will surely stay at Hotel Sunshine again if we've ever needed to be in Gangnam again. Highly recommended!!

        Rooms are small but clean and cute. The staff is super friendly. Had surgery for which the hotel was aware and incurred damages of 342,000 won for plasma on a robe, pillows, and blanket. There were no pillows involved and the robe was minor. The items were disposed without giving them to me. I work in a hospital setting and could have cleaned them.
