recommended Liked · Location is the only USP they can boast of.. everything else was a damp squib.. right from the owner who was so hesitant to switch on the air conditioner (after charging me for an air conditioned room), tiny little bed ( can I say baby cots?), no drinking water provided in the room ( his suggestion drink tap water) , no kettle or provisions for tea/ coffee making, no hot water even at 7.30 am., dirty looking towels..etc etc.. generally they want to give minimum comfort to guests to maximise their profits..not worth your money..

The location is very close to center only few meters. The rooms are nice and nicely presented. I booked during the month of March (mid March when it is still freezing cold most days below 0) and the heating was not warm at all. The hot water took time to pour and was gone within 3 minutes from stepping into the shower. Traumatizing experience getting out of the shower and the room is freezing. My friends faced the same with their room. We asked the owner to help us, he came did some run across the room and gave us an electrical heater that we used in the lobby where we gathered to get warm together. The heater made it really warm before breaking down and we decided to spread up into our rooms to crawl under our sheets before we lose the warmth sensation we had. Morning we had to get out asap to enjoy the warmth of the sun as it was warmer outside that inside the hotel. So, recommended only for summer time not winter unless serious maintenance is done for the heating system and the water. PS. The owner was on a rush when we called him and made us feel like we were demanding... when he came the next day, he asked why didn't we call him again so we told him with the way he was rushing and asking us if he can leave we didn't feel very welcome to call again to sort out our heating and water isses. Only in Summer would be a 5+ accommodation.

Actually I made the worst experience ever with this hotel. I booked a room for two people 2 days in advance and the booking was confirmed by the hotel. When I arrived at the place at around 8.30 pm (there were no parking possibilities anywhere near the hotel) the guy at the reception told me, that they have no available room for me. They sent me to another hotel 15 minutes away (additionally they gave me only an address, no name). However this hotel didn't have any rooms available and they weren't aware of anything, when I got back to Tabi the reception was already closed. Didn't receive any refund, nothing. Be careful when you book this place and do not pay in advance!

Exeptional Location everything is around you. helping and Kindly staff. Resaonable price. I gave it 4 stars only because there isn’t a kitchen and washing mashine.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
