I ate dinner in the restaurant one evening. The host, Florin, was courteous, attentive, pleasant and very helpful. He described various dishes for me, made good suggestions and brought my food in a timely manner. It was a most pleasant evening because of Florin’s kindness. Also, I left a book on a chair at my table. He called my room and asked if I wanted him to bring it up to me. How thoughtful! He could have just left it at the front desk and not troubled himself. If this is an example of the Tach Hotel employees, I’ll stay with them every time I travel. Thank you, Florin.

Nice hotel! Close to airport, comfortable bed, clean room and easy check-in and checkout! Very good food! Only downside was the cleaning staff banging on the wall at 7am while cleaning the adjacent room!

This hotel is good just because it is close to the airport. We got two rooms at the same price. One of them was fully equipped with accessories in the bathroom (including products from a specific luxury brand) and a nice beverage corner (coffee machine and kettle). However, the other room gave the impression that was forgotten and haven’t been used for a long time. The beverage corner was missing (there was no coffee machine or electric kettle), so we asked for another one at the reception and got a broken one. More of that, towels were not in a good shape and in the bathroom there were different products than in the other room.

HORRIBLE receptionist No idea who puts a woman with that attitude in charge of dealing with customers/people. I send a request for an early check-in (ready to pay a fee if necessary) response from the hotel: we should have availability Judging by their homepage and booking.com - plenty of rooms available Enter the hotel at around 7am, without a proper greeting, she just goes: "Check in will be ready at 11" I tried asking her if we are supposed to sleep in the lobby for 4hs after a long distance flight, and that we... But before I could even finish my sentence She just gave me the most condescending look and dry answer along the lines of: "we are booked out, its way too early, what did you think" If you didnt have availability, which judging by various portals was a lie anyways, you could have at least had the decency to tell us beforehand by responding to our mail properly. Instead her let's say "lack of a feel for the situation" threw me off so badly that I directly decided to cancel the reservation right there and then and just leave

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
