This is actually my second stay. Greatly exceeded expectations. I was a little dubious the first time I approached the building, as there's little to no signage, and it's very unassuming from outside. As soon as I entered, the hotel was warm, well presented, and the staff were amazingly accommodating. Located very close to metro and intercity railway stations, buses, as well as shops and restaurants. One woman, possibly the manager, speaks English very well, which avoided using Google Translate for a lazy, inept tourist like myself. The price is fantastic, possibly the cheapest private rooms in the city. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, well equipped, hot showers, and they also have a laundry service and coffee machine. I was warned that they're renovating a couple of the rooms, and so there may be some noise, but I literally have not heard or noticed a thing aside from a couple of spots of wall being repainted.

Very good hotel, Located very close to city center, cheap and value for money. Small rooms, but very clean. Very good option for tourist and travelers. breakfast not available. Toiletries, bedsheets pillows towels were very clean and neat. We really enjoyed the stay. Hotel accepts visa, master, and American Express. I stayed with my family for 2 days.

Stayed here for 3 nights during our trip to Almaty. The rooms are pretty small, just 2 people will fill the entire room. There aren't any fan/AC available inside the rooms (may be due to the weather outside). The plug point doesn't suit Indian travellers, they probably need to buy charger (for phones) from local shops/supermarkets. The location is too good, we can find restaurants, medical shops, supermarkets, money exchanges etc very near to the hotel. The hosts were very polite and too good as well. Really preferred for travellers 👍🏻

It's a very economical and cozy hotel.. you can pay each day's rent on the same day. Location is good only they don't have lift service. Guys with heavy luggage good luck

Great value. Rooms are simple but clean, quite and comfortable. 15 minutes walk to center, close to the station and the 92 bus stop to the airport is just 100 meters away. Lovely stuff. Recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
