It's a basic hotel, with the Japanese quality of good and efficient service. The luggage storage was pretty cool. Suica card is the key to locking it up and it's complimentary. There's plenty of comp beverages available 24hr. I debated on doing a capsule hotel and for a little bit more this place fits the bill just to have your own bathroom. The shower has great water pressure and comes with nice scented body wash/shampoo/conditioner. The guys were nice enough to pick one of the preferred room and when I opened the blinds, I totally understood why. Location is about a 15 min from Asakusa station. Getting from Narita was pretty straightforward. I like the area, it's easy to walk to the main sites but just enough away from the crowds.

For our first trip to Tokyo we wanted something close to the water, close to the Tokyo Tower and easy access to the train,subway and monorail stations. Hotel Tavinos had all of that and more. Plenty of good places to eat and of course the nightly trip to the Family Mart right next door. The price was amazing and was well under our budget. Yes the room was small but for the 2 of us it was just what we needed after a long day of sightseeing and walking. And if this is your first trip to Tokyo you won't be spending time in your room, all you need is a comfortable,relaxing,safe place to stay. Believe me for what you pay you are getting more in return. Definitely will be coming back on our next trip.

On Nov 13, 2023, I checked in here via self service, including choosing my room. Having got initial eye appeal, I began to consider the functionalities. My room could only accommodate folding table and chair, but no fridge, and there weren’t convenient light switches near the bed as access to it wasn’t convenient. The complimentary breakfast was only good as it was free but It’s better not to waste a nice breakfast opportunity elsewhere.

Absolutely awful experience. We stayed in this hotel as part of a package and I regret it. The whole room is not only extremely small (good luck if you have a big luggage) and dusty, but dirty. There are stains on the carpet and walls - disgusting, but fine. But also on the BED SHEETS?! Horrifying. I felt disgusted touching anything in the room and extremely uncomfortable in the bed. I understand that the price is kinda cheap but at least washing the sheets properly should be a standard. I don't understand how this can be acceptable.

It gets my four starts not so much for the rooms or service but for the value for money. It's not a luxury hotel with fine dining, good breakfast and a great and friendly reception desk. Its clean small rooms on a good location and we'll maintained. If you just need a place to sleep, go for it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
