        7 of us stayed here and we had an incredible holiday! The cleanliness was exceptional, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, Tino was fantastic and made the stay even better. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy our holiday.

        In reality, it is a villa, with apartments, with average to banal furnishings. It is surrounded by other ugly houses or under construction, as in a neighborhood under development. All the facilities, there are two swimming pools, a little bigger than a bathtub. The rest is extremely expensive for what it offers. A guarantee of 250 Euros is charged, which I have not seen in any hotel. They "stole" 40 euros from my warranty under the pretext that I put the car in the socket to charge it, this after I asked if it was allowed, and I was told that there is no problem and that it doesn't cost anything. In reality, I charged about 20 KW, which at a power station would have cost me a maximum of 10 Euros. The manager didn't even want to come to discuss the problem. All this, after I paid 743 Euros for two nights of accommodation, being deceived by the presentation on Booking. The small is something on the poor side, the whole buffet being spread over a 2-meter table. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

        Highly recommend staying here. Came here for a friends hen do, the apartments and pools were very clean. The buffet breakfast was great, and doesn’t finish till 12pm! All of the staff were so lovely and helpful. They had a taxi service which will pick you up and drop you off to the port (this is at a cost). However was so easy and reliable to use. Really nice location, as it’s nice and quiet and no more than a 10min drive from hvar, port.

        We had a really wonderful family holiday staying at this hotel. The hostess/manager Marija was super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond her remit. All the staff bent over backwards to be polite and assist us, including those doing the maintenance. Our apartment was spacious, clean, contemporary and well stocked and we cannot fault the accommodation. The pools are perhaps more suitable for cooling off than swimming, but to us were perfect for what we needed, and the kids loved them. We found the breakfast perfectly functional and more than adequate, also served until very late which is handy for late risers! Marija and her team deserve a lot of credit as they ensured out stay was a really comfortable and enjoyable one. We have nothing negative to say about the Terenea. We would definitely like to return!

        Do not stay at this hotel..We travelled with 2 other couples all in our 50’s and 60’s. Reserving this hotel which had been recommended to us was challenging as they did not want to use my credit card. Instead i had to wire the deposit and then we paid the balance in cash upon arrival. Our accommodations and the property were very nice and clean. My negative comments would be that the pools were freezing cold and the continental breakfast was repetitive and uninteresting. Just prior to staying at the hotel we had contemplated cancelling after reading so many negative reviews about the managers and additional charges and only went there due to the fact that I had paid her cash. I was shocked to return home to find a charge of $255 on my credit card, I contacted the hotel who didn’t get back to me for over a month. She claimed that we broke a chair on the deck which I find hard to believe as we all sat out there and had coffee the morning we left. She also claimed that there were 3 soft drinks missing from the mini bar which is impossible as we removed the entire mini bar from the fridge upon our arrival and replaced it when we left. I am not only shocked about the untrue charges but also the fact that they processed this charge without notifying me
