Really nice hotel very close to the Roma Termini station. Less than 2 minutes walk. I was a little shocked after seeing the previous reviews but found the hotel is really nice, clean, bathrooms are clean and provides room service daily. I have nothing to complain about and I will book again. Reception was extremely helpful and courteous.

Okay the lift was acceptable fit all three of us at the same time but it broke down on the last night and the luggage had to be brought down 5 flights of stairs. There were scorch marks on the outlets and walls by the outlets. The outlets were placed so that your converter needed something underneath it to properly fit in the outlet. So I used the luggage to properly support the converters. The bathroom was small, cramped, old and outdated there was a shower curtain on the shower and it was very small leaked all over the floor when bathing. There is a laundry right across the street but no very good food within 5 blocks. All the immediate area restaurants were subpar. For good food you almost must leave the Termini area. Additionally, they require you to give them your room key every time you leave the hotel. Why I'm unsure as they have a pass key and were able to enter our room while we were sleeping. It did have a small balcony with a chair to sit in. No breakfast or coffee on site.

The rooms are nice but the shower is outdated. The staff were very nice and helpful and kind. Location is super but better and more quiet places do exist.

Thank God we were only there two nights. The first night the air conditioning didn´t work properly.. The toilet was broken the shower was dirty. The second day the elevator broke down, we were on the 5th floor, the following morning we had to drag our lugage down 5 flights with no help from the hotel personell. The room was very very small and dirty. It´s bets to save money some other way.

If you are used to 3 star hotels this might not fulfill your expectations but for the price it's a great value. The location is quiet and chill and there was no noise.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
