The worst hotel I have been to. The hallways stink of weed smell, and the carpets are terribly stained. The room had an inactive fire detector, an open wire circuit, smell terrible, and are old and don't look anything like the pictures.

I travelled to Munich August 2023 with my kids aged 15 and 7 for vacation. I do not speak German and have never been to Germany. I was finding it hard to secure a hotel with a triple room. I initially booked with Hampton by Hilton but they then said they could not confirm my booking! I then got a room at Hotel Tessin. Due to the horrible reviews I was petrified!! Anyway seeing that the main problem came from people unable to gain access after the check in desk closes at 10pm; I called ahead and advised that I was travelling with children and would be arriving well after 10 pm so did not want to be left stranded. I was given a number to call to gain access to the building and my room key was left in a coded lock box. My kids and I have felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. My stay here at hotel Tessin has been AMAZING. Tianna at the front desk deserves a big pay rise as does the cleaning lady! We will leave Munich tomorrow and head back to London, but I will absolutely stay here again on subsequent visits.

Dirty, smelly and no service what so ever. Open electricity and no fire alarm. When I asked for another room the guy in the lobby started ranting “not today, fix tomorrow” over and over again

Overall it was an okay experience but I would suggest not to eat breakfast here. We came from France and breakfast in this hotel is a huge culture shock. Plus i only saw old people walking around eating breakfast

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
