We had a fabulous stay here. First we were greeted by what must have been half a dozen staff members and promptly taken to be checked in, which was quick and painless. Then we were shown to our rooms, which were spotless. I loved our room; such intentional design and clever organization. All amenities were top notch. The public baths were also a nice treat, and we also booked massages that were excellent. I loved the essential oil aroma in the lobby, the lighting was all warm and sleek, and just the overall effect of this hotel gives luxury but is still warm and inviting. Though there are maybe more accessible and convenient hotels closer to the train station or major shopping streets, I loved the area and it is not far from attractions if you're ok walking a little.

A very pleasant stay in this lovely hotel, very friendly and humble staff. The location is very convenient. Do check the time for the shuttle bus to and from the train station. We enjoyed the room a lot, modern Japanese style room, it is very comfortable and spacious. The public bath at the ground floor is very relaxing. The buffet breakfast is marvelous, the tempura is simply awesome. We had the tempura sweetcorn and sweet potato. We will definitely look to visit this hotel again.

A fantastic stay during the Christmas break. Check in were easy. We forwarded our luggage and our bags were already in our room. The rooms were a very good size of Japan! They were happy to book us a Resturant at such short notice. The hotel was modern and in a tranquil location. It had good access to both down town Kyoto and the main temple attractions. It was nice to get away of the hustle and bustle. The WiFi was fast. The hotel bar was quite small so make sure you go early!

We had a 10 day trip visiting Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. This is my favorite hotel. 1. The customer service is outstanding. Different from the big city like Tokyo, everyone at this hotel is super nice and helpful. They notice your need and often offer to help which is quite opposite in Tokyo. 2. Hotel itself is very nicely design and the room is large and pretty and it has good amenities. Breakfast offered at the hotel has good choices for everyone! I didn’t have the chance to use the public bath but I certainly think it is so nice that they offer Japanese style bath clothes for you to use!! 3. Location: it is not located at the busiest shopping or restaurant area but it is very close to some of the most popular temples. Its location is ideal to me since I like to avoid all the busy tourist crowd and I can walk to temples early in the morning to enjoy the nice peace and quiet time. Special thanks to the concierge team who help us made a reservation to one temple that has the most strict reservation rule. They also assisted us in making restaurant reservations in short notice! I will definitely recommend this hotel!

This is an exquisite hotel in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Everything about its design and aesthetics is gorgeous with a very Japanese feel. The staff are gracious and lovely. The location could not be better for visiting Kyoto. It seems so reasonably priced for the level of service and comfort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
