-Near hapjeong station and bus stop - Strong water flow -The bed and pillows are comfortable, the pillows are not too soft. - can turn on the air conditioner to keep it cool even if the weather outside is cold. -Automatic toilet flushing -The hotel is quite old. - The room is cramped, with space to open only 1 suitcase at a time. -The bathroom does not have a door. There is only a curtain. Waterproof curtains have mold. -Curtains do not block out 100% of sunlight. - The lights in the room are not very bright.

The room is quite old. The toilet and shower are together which is very weird and not practical. Also the cleanliness of the shower room is not up to standard. It has mole on the wall. Moreover, when you need to leave the baggages after checking out, it is charged per hours which is ridiculous. If you considering to stay here I would highly recommend to find somewhere else.

Wow what can I say, I wish google allowed 0 star reviews, we checked in later than usual and had room 606, walking in the design looked normal however the bed was super uncomfortable, shower wasn’t very clean and the walls were filthy. We asked for a room change they gave us 1203 which was SLIGHTLY better due to cleanliness however the layout was ridiculous. The shower and bath were along the window side but was open so water would splash on the bed and floor, bed was in the middle, and the toilet was on the other side of bed. The worst was the reception staff, they were rude, whenever they didn’t understand me the girl would say, “HUHH?” Loudly and repetitively, all round rude staff

I like this hotel. Accidentally booked a higher class room and was so happy I did. Price was low but the room was lovely. On the 15th floor, it had an incredible view and tons of windows and sunlight. Oversized bathtub connected to the bed and a big glass shower in the middle of the room. Very fun.

Staff were very helpful and nice, room was really lovely but could be a bit cleaner! Walls were mirrored but no mirror to get ready in, limited plug sockets. Overall we had a great stay, perfect location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
