Rooms are huge and a lot of amenities are provided. Toilet is huge and private too. Particularly loved the huge bath tubs which makes for a good soak after a day of walking around town! Also they have four options for room service, and I liked the option of having a bag of amenities left at your door without the housekeeper entering your room! Most other hotels don’t offer this option. Location is also great and within walking distance to train stations and attractions in the area.

Great location 👌 Loved the free lounge for guests. Free juice,beer, mini cake bites, nuts etc. Rooms were very spacious!

Excellent hotel option if you want to stay in the heart of Osaka. It's very close to amazing food and shopping, you can walk anywhere you want to go. We were disappointed to find out we had to pay for parking across the street but it was an option that wasn't too far. The check is was very easy with a lovely front desk attendant. There is a nice little Cafe right outside the lobby with free coffee, beer, wine, and small desserts that is nice to go sit at. We stayed in the geode room which was very nice overall. I really enjoyed the stary sky ceiling over the bed when you turned the lights off. I thought it was strange that the toilet was so far away from the sink on the opposite side of the room. The bed could also be much softer. Despite that. For the quality of the room, location, and price, we would stay here again.

We're a family of four and we had two premium twin rooms on the 2nd floor which meant a total of four double beds (one each, what bliss!). The rooms are enormous by Japanese standards with a sofa, a wet room complete with spa tub (big enough for two), separate toilet and a mini kitchenette inside a wardrobe incase you need a microwave, fridge or espresso (4 pods supplied daily). There's minimal natural light as the hotel is sandwiched between two other buildings but the in-room lighting is fine and you can guarantee a quality sleep. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. All the staff were super lovely and helpful.
