The room had a weird smell. The floor was sticky. I could literally see dust floating in the room. The receptionist was helpful. She sent someone to clean the room. The cleaner was not of great help though. It is not a love hotel. It is just a shady looking hotel.it was a normal bed w. The bathtub was big. The were plenty of toileteries.

My boyfriend booked us this hotel not knowing it's a love hotel but let me just say the service is great the workers are nice. They provide you with everything you need and even condoms lol. It was not expensive. Even tho it is a love hotel we love it. Disclaimer tho the halls do smell like cigarettes that was the only thing I hated about this hotel. But if u are traveling on a budget this place wouldn't hurt.

During a wild birthday weekend in Shinjuku, I stayed in Hotel The Hotel for 3 full nights of prime Japanese nightlife. Going off of mainly instinct, it turned out that I made more than the right choice. Staying in one of the premium rooms of the love hotel, I received a relatively large room (for Tokyo standards) complete with fancy decor, colorful lighting, a surprisingly-nice bathroom, and no questions asked. The room is cleaned and amenities refreshed everyday, and being close to most of the action in Japan's red light district, there's no shortage of things to do.

I accidentally booked this hotel keep in mind it is a love Hotel. The area may seem a little bit CD at times but if you can get over it this hotel was a very good bargain. Very close to the infamous Toho movie theater with Godzilla on top. Suitable for 2 guests who are traveling with 2 large luggages.

This is a pay by the hour hotel. The hotel staff charged us an extra 5800 yen because a friend was in the room for longer than 10 minutes (and less than 30). The room is nice enough but I'd avoid this hotel next time because being charged extra when I'd already paid for the room kinda soured our experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
