Every year i am coming to Istanbul to this hotel and the Women who does the breakfast was always so friendly and helpful and make to us everything and all the staff like this also,, every time i will come to Istanbul i will repeat my experience with the pera hill hotel

My three week stay was comfortable and fun. Claudia who does breakfast was always so welcoming and friendly makes the best cakes! Tarek at concierge was always helpful and fast with all his services! 10/10 will come back to stay here on my next visit as well!

Worst hotel experience ever! We booked 2 rooms and none of the ACs worked for a whole week! Also, the shower handles kept on falling whenever I wanted to turn on the shower head. Whenever they clean, they don’t leave personal amenities. Don’t get me started with the bar near the hotel that blasts its music until dawn 🤦🏻‍♀️ couldn’t sleep an ounce. Save yourself and find another hotel. It’s not family friendly at all! Staff are friendly so that’s the ONLY positive thing.

Honestly, one of the worst hotels ever and they cheat you in a way you can not make anything about it. The good reviews you see in all websites were Maybe Maybe Maybe for the room in the original building (which represent the pictures in the websites), but this hotel has an extention on a side and the rooms are very bad, veeery tight, bathrooms are dirty 🤢🤢 and the sockets does not work! There is also a bar attached to the hotel.. closes at 2 AM so.if you cant sleep in a noisy place you will stay up till morning !! .. thank god it was only 3 nights for me. SAVE YOURSELF AND BOOK ELSE WHERE.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is great, the view is amazing, especially from the sky terrace where you can have breakfast as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, special thanks to Taylar Özgür who always helped us immediately to the best of his ability. We’ll be back! Teşekkürler, The Pera Staff! 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
