We had the chance to stay at Hotel Theodore for our first trip to Seattle. The staff was amazing, the location was perfect for everything we were looking to do and see, and the room was amazing! Our flight got disrupted by the winter storm and the staff greeted us by upgrading our room. The room was clean and had the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. So much so that we had asked the staff what the bed was so we could upgrade ours! The hotel bar/restaurant has amazing drinks and food, and awesome staff as well! While in Seattle we went to the Orchestra, the market, the original Starbucks and the space needle - all of which was perfectly within walking distance of the hotel. If we have the chance to make it back to Seattle, we will definitely be staying at the Hotel Theodore again!

Booked through Hotwire. There was a confusion on the reservation as they only put down a generic name. Nonetheless, it got sorted out. The rooms are cozy with not a lot of space for luggage but had all the essentials we needed. Location is fantastic as you're in downtown Seattle and less than a 5 minute walk from Pike place and the train. Would recommend parking in the lot beside the hotel as it was cheaper. Meridian East Parking.

We booked this hotel for one of our interview subjects for a news story. To say the service is astounding is an understatement. They were happy to help host the interview in a conference room. I cannot give enough thanks to those at the front desk assisting us. Spaces were gorgeously decorated and gave much more dimension and color than many of the typical ballrooms or conference rooms you might find around town. Excellent location in the heart of downtown and easy parking. Would definitely visit again.

We enjojed our stay at Hotel Theodore and the room was a good size, however there are a number of things to consider: The bar on the ground floor is very loud and was audible in our room on the 7th floor at night. The fridge in the room was locked which I think is mean considering the cost of the hotel. The floor in the shower room is not set the the correct fall and therefore there is standing water in the room from the first time you take a shower. We asked for some ice at reception when we came back to the hotel. 20 miutes later, no ice. We called again and it took anotjer 20 minutes to get the ice. There is a 'guest aminiety fee' of $25+ per night. No one offered to help with luggage when we checked in/out. No one asked us how our stay was when we checked out. The hotel is around 20 minutes walk from Pike Place, the walk isnt great, especially at night, a lot of homeless people along the way and the pavements are very dirty/smelly.

Her dedication to making guests feel valued and comfortable is truly commendable. Gladys embodies the essence of exceptional hospitality, making our stay a memorable and delightful experience. Kudos to her outstanding service! The corner hotel suite was large enough for my husband and I to both work comfortably using two different spaces. Also the view was beautiful and a huge tv connected to a swivel arm. We chose the hotel based on the spa bathroom with the soaking tub. It did not disappoint!! It was luxurious and added peacefulness to our great getaway! We had a wonderful first trip in Seattle and will definitely return to the Theodore Hotel!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
