Hotel booked by the trekking agency and we cannot complain about it. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable and a little away from the bars and noise of the lakefront. Merit to the staff which are really helpful and accommodating.

Amazing Stay at Hotel Third Pole I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Third Pole and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. The location of this hotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of the city, it is within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions and a wide range of restaurants and shops. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, you will find that this location is extremely convenient and offers easy access to everything you need. The price of the hotel is also very reasonable and affordable, especially considering the prime location and the quality of the accommodations. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities provided in the room were excellent. From the complimentary toiletries to the high-speed Wi-Fi, everything was perfect. But what truly made my stay at Hotel Third Pole unforgettable was the hospitality of the staff, particularly Dinesh Gyawali. His professionalism and friendliness made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were spot on and he was always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Third Pole to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city. The location, price, and room condition are all exceptional, but it is the outstanding hospitality of the staff, especially Dinesh Gyawali, that truly sets this hotel apart. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
