Our stay at this hotel for a few nights was truly a beautiful experience. The ambiance and service made our time memorable, and we enjoyed two delightful dinners with our group at the hotel. The spa facilities were among the best I've encountered, offering a rejuvenating experience. What's even more impressive is the reasonable pricing, making it an excellent choice for those seeking quality without breaking the bank. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially for larger groups, as it provides a perfect blend of comfort, excellent dining, and spa indulgence at an affordable rate. Thank you !

The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the family ownership was palpable from the moment we arrived. It was evident that they take immense pride in their establishment and are dedicated to providing top-notch hospitality. Traveling with two young children can be a challenge, but the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The staff at this hotel are truly outstanding. It's clear that they are passionate about providing the best possible experience for their guests. The amenities and facilities were excellent. Overall, our stay at this family-owned hotel was nothing short of perfect. It's rare to find a place that combines genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and a family-friendly atmosphere so seamlessly. The most beautiful home from home in Kathmandu. Incredibly comfortable beds, the rooms are gorgeous and very clean and the location is a 10-15 minute walk from Thamil. The best part are the people running this beautiful place. You can feel the family spirit and the love they have put into this place in every little detail. Everyone is super helpful, super friendly and when I mentioned that it was my friend’s birthday they went out of their way to make his dinner special. Thank you. Especially to the lady running the place and all of her team. It’s a true family hotel and I would chose the TIBET over any big chain hotel any time. I would have loved to stay longer!

I recently booked two rooms at Hotel Tibet in Lazimpat, Kathmandu for my family friends from KL, Malaysia. They had one of the most amazing experiences at this hotel. The owner is a very frank and kindhearted lady, and the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is decorated with Tibetan culture, showcasing the beauty of Kathmandu city and its surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Tibet to fully enjoy the hospitality of the Tibetan and Nepali culture while visiting Kathmandu, Nepal.

I recently stayed 2 separate occasions at Hotel Tibet on a month-long trip to Nepal, India and the Maldives. I was pleasantly surprised at how thoughtfully decorated the rooms and hallways were. Because my husband needed his medication refrigerated, they provided us with a small refrigerator during both of our stays. The personnel, from the front desk, to the upstairs outdoor restaurant, to the breakfast dining room were extremely friendly and helpful. On my second visit, I was unsuccessfully fighting off bronchitis. The upstairs dining room had soup and soothing hot ginger tea that felt wonderful on my throat. They arranged for a taxi at a very low rate to take me to the nearby western CWEC hospital/travel clinic across from the British Embassy. They also told me how my husband and I could easily walk back, which we did. Additionally, they allowed a later checkout that day as we had a flight to India. The hotel is located near several restaurants, small shops, and a small grocery store. It is within easy walking distance, or taxi, to the Thamel shopping district. If in the area again, I would gladly stay here another time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
