Pros: Room was modern, clean and secure. 200 meters from Roma Termini. Close to bus route, I used the IO Bus for 38 euros for a 4 day pass. The pass equated to 10 taxi rides I did not have to pay. I used it to and from my destination 3 days and used it twice on my 4th day. Tito Staff was very knowledgeable of the area and helped me with translations, getting taxi service and verifying my travel plans were going to produce the desired results. Cold refrigerator, good heat control on the room and the shower. Spacious bathroom considering the shower and commode. Smart TV was as good as it gets. I stayed in 307 and was extremely happy with my 6 day visit. Hotel Tito made my visit to Rome a great success. Cons: low water pressure on the shower

DISHONEST AND IRRESPONSIBLE HOTEL MANAGEMENT! Totally ain’t worth the money if you are planning to make a trip to Rome! Please stay at other hotel. Firstly what you see from the photo is not what you get! The bathroom is old, mouldy and most the items are falling apart. Toilet seat cover, shower head and tower warmer. Brace for a horrified shower experience that leaves you wondering if you can walk out with out soap on your body! There is literally not wash to shower at all.

Perfect location, two minutes from the train station! Easy check-in, professional and helpful stuff. They even offer luggage storage for the day of arrival/departure. Clean room, the bathroom is a bit tight, but it didn’t matter for me. Nice restaurants just few steps from the hotel entrance. I will definitely book this hotel if I ever visit Rome again.

My recommendation! Liked · The location is excellent - just 1 minute far from the Termini station. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, bars, markets etc. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, good air conditioning, coffee machine in the room and provided with coffee and tea. A minibar is provided as well. Not all staff is very polite. Andrea, who is working there is a very helpful and kind person, he is ready to help you in any case. Disliked · On the 3rd floor, they have some water problem - the water flow is not enough strong and even one night I had no water at all. Some of the staff must be a bit polite, especially the lady at the reception!!

Worst experience. They ruined all the hospitality principles. They have canceled my reservation without prior notice and also charged me for one night. The official explanation was "no show". So let me explain my point of view. My problem was that I was at the airport all the night, exhausted, looking for my lost baggage. After that my taxi did not come so I was really late with my check in. The only thing I wanted at the end of the night is to have a rest. But, instead I got cancellation message and a charge of 80 euro due to the "no show". Of course there were no rooms anymore so I was compelled to search elsewhere. From my previous and quite reach experience hotels always contact their guests before such decisions. They did not. Of course there was my fault as well about non contacting them from my side. But I was completely exhausted after a long trip and all those baggage problems. And yes, I forgot to write them. I must admit that I've have had a late check in a lot of times and never got this problem. And for sure I have never been charged because of it. To make a long story shorter, their decision to charge me for "non show" was officially legit but completely loose from a human and hospitality perspective. In my opinion such an attitude is unacceptable. I would never advise anyone to stay in a place with such "policies" .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
